Refund and Return Policy

Spinefreshia is committed to your satisfaction. This policy outlines the terms for refunds, cancellations, and returns of our educational programmes and materials.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

  • Request made within 14 days of purchase
  • For self-guided materials: if substantially unused
  • For live sessions or group programmes: cancellation must be made at least 7 days before the scheduled date
  • No refunds for sessions attended or content accessed beyond the refund period

3. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Contact us at info@spinefreshia.world with your order details and reason for refund
  2. We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days
  3. Upon approval, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method
  4. Processing times depend on your bank

4. Cancellation of Sessions

Group Programmes: Cancel at least 7 days before your first session for a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days may incur a 50% cancellation fee.

1-on-1 Consultations: Cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled session for a full refund. Late cancellations may be charged in full.

5. Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule a session, contact us as soon as possible. Rescheduling is subject to availability and should be arranged at least 7 days in advance for group programmes and 48 hours for 1-on-1 sessions.

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Completed sessions or accessed webinars
  • Downloadable materials after initial download
  • Courses begun or substantially accessed

7. Return of Materials

For physical materials (if applicable), they must be returned in original condition within 14 days of purchase. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

8. Exceptions

Refunds may be denied or adjusted if:

  • The request is made outside the refund window
  • Content has been substantially accessed or used
  • The customer breaches our terms of use

9. Modifications to this Policy

We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting.
